Locum CRNA needed for an October start near San Antonio, TX

• CRNA Only environment
• 2 Hospitals, one primary and one for potential floating (floating is on an as needed basis)
• Primary Hospital Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 - 10/hour shifts.
• Floating hospital Schedule: Monday - Friday mix of 8's, 10's and 12/hour shifts. (If floated to this site, must be willing to work 12's)
• Case Mix: General, ENT, Ortho, GI, IR, Urology, Robotics, GYN, Vascular
• Travel expenses: $1500/week
