Locum CRNA - Near Phoenix, AZ

•  Care Team, CRNAs able to do regional blocks if desired (not required)
• Cases: Level 1 trauma center and burn center, all hospital-based cases, OR, NORA, ENDO, Trauma, Burn, and regional blocks are done by acute pain but the CRNAs, if they want to do them they can.
• Must be willing to do High Risk OB
• Shifts - 12 hour shifts
• Schedule: Full time, M – F ongoing – 3 to 4 shifts/week, must be flexible to work any day during the week that is needed by the chief
• Minimum 3 shifts/week
• 1 weekend/month is required as an option to have coverage. Perm Staff gets first option
• Weekend shifts will be 12 hours – Either 7Am – 7PM – OR – 7PM – 7AM, must commit to at least 1 weekend/month
• Weekend shifts CAN be included into confirmed weekly hours
• No call for locums
• Credentialing time: 45 - 60 days
• $240/hour all-inclusive
